1. In your opinion, what are the most concerning trends in development facing Brookline? (e.g. What changes to the built environment have you noticed? Do you think these changes are positive or negative?) What do you think are the long-term implications of these development trends?

2. When Town Meeting evaluates proposals to increase residential density and commercial space, what factors do you think are important for Town Meeting to consider and why?

3. In recent years, Town Meeting has considered proposals to reduce demolitions and encourage more compatible in-fill development. These have included lengthening the demolition delay for significant structures and regulating the scale and massing in Two-Family districts in Precincts 8 and 9 near Harvard St. in North Brookline. What is your opinion of these approaches?
